Below you will find an overview of the fees applied to the consular services provided by the Belgian Office, Taipei.
Attention! The Belgian Office does not accept payments in cash for all of the consular services provided. You will be invited to deposit the corresponding amount at the First Bank branch located in our building (1F) or wire the money on our bank account on the same day you receive a service. Please note that visa handling fees are non-refundable and have to be paid when applying for the visa.
Starting July 1, 2026, the handling fee for long-term visas will be 250€.
If your appointment is after June 30, you must pay 250€ when you submit your D visa application.
